Background & Practice
Stephanie completed training in Reiki/Energy Therapy, Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork facilitation, and Neo-shamanic practices. These practices have helped them feel spiritually supported and grounded on their life path. They’ve practiced their brand of energy work professionally since 2022.
During a session, Stephanie walks you through a meditation into a spiritual realm as she works on clearing & balancing your energy body with Reiki therapy.
These sessions may help to release old patterns, get closure, gain a deep sense of peace, and/or gain spiritual fortification.
Whatever your spiritual goal we can develop a plan and set up recurring sessions to ensure you reach it.
