Background & Practice
Stephanie completed training in Reiki/Energy Therapy, Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork facilitation, and Shamanism. These practices have helped them feel spiritually supported and on their path beyond the labels we put on ourselves and those put on us by others. They’ve practiced their brand of energy work professionally since 2022.
During a session Stephanie works on clearing & balancing your energy body with some or all of the following: Reiki therapy, the five elements, sound, plants, animal guides, ancestors, spirit guides, angels, breathwork, and meditation. With the help of these energies they may also provide an energy reading and spiritual suggestions.
