Stephanie completed training in Reiki + energy therapy, Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork facilitation, Neo-shamanic practices, and Jikiden
Reiki.
These practices have helped them feel spiritually supported and grounded, and well on their life path. They’ve practiced their brand of energy work professionally since 2022.
NEW OFFERING- Self-Discovery & Liberation Journey:
This is a completely customized 4-week journey based on your goals and needs. The main component will involve 4 guided meditations that are intended for deep personal insight. In addition, Stephanie will provide suggestions based on her own spiritual journey and experience.
Original offering- Energy Clearing & Guided Mediation:
During a session, Stephanie walks you through a meditation into a spiritual realm as she works on clearing & balancing your energy body with Reiki + energy therapy.
These sessions may help to release old patterns, get closure, gain a deep sense of peace, and/or gain spiritual fortification.
Jikiden Reiki:
During a Jikiden Reiki session Stephanie places her hands on the effected area to transmit Reiki.
Jikiden Reiki can help boost the body’s natural healing abilities and alleviate symptoms of many ailments.
